It will soon be time! In the heart of the Erzgebirge, we will open the doors of our “Glück Auf – Der Erlebnispark”. The upcoming leisure and recreation facility in Markersbach invites the whole family to enjoy multimedia-free play indoors—and eventually outdoors as well. The park’s unique play environment is dedicated to developing motor skills, fostering logical thinking, and simply celebrating the fun and joy of children up to toddler age. In this, the Erzgebirge plays a pivotal role. In addition to creative elements, traditional handcrafted folk art and much more will be offered in our in-house shop. We also invite our visitors to discover and enjoy our homeland through its culinary offerings.

To make all this possible, we are looking for motivated and responsible employees who dream of helping create something new and thereby enrich the Erzgebirge with a tourist attraction. Permanent employment contract
Predictable working hours
Weekend work with additional pay for work on Sundays and public holidays
Core operating hours from 9:00 to 18:00

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting employees in the respective areas
Assisting with the organization of daily operations
Advising and attending to guests
Ensuring a friendly and attentive service process as well as cleanliness and order throughout the work area

Requirements:

Interest in guest service, tourism, and leisure
Professional experience in these areas is desirable
Appropriate language skills (preferably German, English, Czech)
A very customer- and service-oriented demeanor towards both young and older guests
Temporary assignments available in gastronomy/kitchen, sales, park supervision, cleaning services, or in the motorhome pitch area
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
