Soon it will be time, and in the heart of the Erzgebirge we will open the doors of our “Glück Auf – Der Erlebnispark”. The emerging leisure and recreation facility in Markersbach invites the entire family to enjoy multimedia-free play indoors—and eventually outdoors. The park’s unique play environment is dedicated to developing motor skills, fostering logical thinking, and simply celebrating the fun and joy of children up to toddler age. In this, the Erzgebirge plays a pivotal role. In addition to creative elements, traditional handcrafted folk art and much more will be offered in our in-house shop. We also invite our visitors to get to know and enjoy our home region through its culinary offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

Handling cash transactions and billing
Advising and assisting customers
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the sales shop
Managing and replenishing stock levels
Creating attractive, sales-promoting product presentations

Requirements:

Completed training as a salesperson or retail/wholesale sales specialist
Professional experience in sales and customer service
Good language skills (preferably German, English, Czech)
A highly customer- and service-oriented demeanor
Commercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach
A positive attitude, especially when interacting with young guests
