It will soon be time—in the heart of the Erzgebirge, we will open the doors of our “Glück Auf – Der Erlebnispark”. The soon-to-be-established leisure and recreation facility in Markersbach invites the whole family to enjoy multimedia-free play indoors—and eventually outdoors as well. The park’s unique play environment is dedicated to enhancing motor skills, fostering logical thinking, and simply celebrating the fun and joy of children from toddler age onward. In this, the Erzgebirge plays a pivotal role. In addition to creative elements, traditional handcrafted folk art and much more will be offered in our in-house shop.
In the culinary area, we also invite our visitors to discover and enjoy our home region.
To make all this possible, we are looking for motivated and responsible employees who dream of helping to create something new and thereby enrich the Erzgebirge with a tourist attraction. Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests and employees at the information center
- Staff the telephone switchboard
- Handle incoming email inquiries
- Sell tickets and additional offers
- Perform cashier duties
- Act as the primary contact, especially for overnight guests
Requirements:
- Professional experience in guest service and reception, or in administration and office work
- Experience in the tourism and leisure industry, sales and customer service, or in the hotel and gastronomy sectors
- Excellent language skills (preferably German, English, Czech)
- A highly customer- and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach
- A positive attitude, especially when interacting with young guests
