BUY TICKETS
Book your ticket easily online in advance!
We want to make your family time-out something truly special and give you and your children enough space to play – that's why tickets for the indoor playground are limited.
After booking online, you'll receive your tickets by email. The QR code is scanned at the entrance terminals – either directly from your phone or as a printout.
As a precaution, we'd still ask you to bring a printed ticket along to avoid technical hiccups and waiting times.
Cancellations, changes of date and exchanges are not possible.
You can visit our kitchen and shop at any time without entering the play area.
Find the right ticket for you.
All prices include 19% VAT.
It's that easy – just choose your day of visit and a time slot for your arrival. That helps us plan ahead. Secure your tickets and enjoy your stay until 18:30.
Day Tickets
The day ticket is valid from the adventure park's opening until closing time. Please check our opening hours.

Our Lucky Wristband
How it works:
- You visit our playground, shop or eat – and everything is charged to your Lucky Wristband. *Maximum cap is €80; for children this can be set lower.
- At the end of your visit, hand in your Lucky Wristband at the till and pay the total amount – or settle the bill directly at our payment terminals.
- Even if nothing has been charged to your Lucky Wristband, it must still be handed in at the till for checking.
- You'll find information on lost Lucky Wristbands in our terms and conditions.
Please note:
You can top up your children's Lucky Wristband with credit of up to €20, which they can use independently within the park. Of course, using the credit is entirely optional.
Directions & Parking
Glück Auf – The Adventure Park
Obermittweida 5
08352 Raschau-Markersbach
The easiest way to reach us is via the A72 motorway, exit Hartenstein, then take the S255 towards Aue. Follow the signs to the B101 and stay on it straight ahead all the way to Raschau-Markersbach. Shortly before the bypass bridge in Markersbach, turn right into Hammerstraße and immediately afterwards into Oberbeckenstraße. Take the left turn into Obermittweida – you'll spot the sparkle of our Schwibbogen.
Parking
Free parking is available directly at the adventure park, including 8 spaces for disabled visitors. We can also offer you two additional free car parks nearby (P2 and P3), easily reached on foot via the marked footpath. We earnestly ask you not to park outside the designated areas and to be considerate of local residents.
Public Transport
Our bus stop „Markersbach, Erlebnispark" is located right at our site. RVE bus line 332 runs several times daily on weekdays from Schwarzenberg main station.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can easily buy tickets online on our ticket page, where you'll also find all prices and discounts. It's also possible to purchase tickets on site or add extra services to existing tickets.
So if you visit our restaurant and decide spontaneously to head into the play area, that's no problem at all.
Yes of course – but only if spaces are still available.
As we limit the number of visitors, we strongly recommend booking online – especially at weekends, on public holidays or during the school holidays – to be sure of getting a spot.
We want all children to play safely, have plenty of space and feel comfortable. That's why we limit the number of guests to half of the technically permitted capacity. This ensures a great experience for everyone, even on the busiest days.
Please note that the final 100 tickets are available exclusively on site.
Well, yes and no.
We do work with time slots at admission and ask everyone to stick to their booked slot. This saves long queues at the entrance and helps our kitchen with planning. In turn, you help us avoid food waste.
You'll find all times on the ticket page.
Yes. Admission applies in principle to both children and adults – and helps us run the park safely and in a family-friendly way. Adults pay a little less, however, as they aren't allowed to ride the ride-on cars, for example.
Cancellations, changes of date and exchanges are not possible.
Upon entering the adventure park, each person receives a wristband – our Lucky Wristband. It gives you access to the building and lets you move freely between the restaurant area, the toilets and the shop.
The entire park operates cashless via these wristbands. They record what you consume in the restaurant or buy in the shop – or if you decide spontaneously to head into the play area.
At the exit, the wristbands are scanned and paid – by card, mobile or of course cash.
Children's wristbands can be loaded in advance with €10.00 or €20.00 credit. Of course, you can also set them to €0.00, so that your kids can only get snacks or drinks together with you.
Yes – special rates are available for registered groups, nurseries and schools.
Please get in touch with us in advance. We'll arrange a date together and put together an offer that will make more than just children's eyes light up.
Of course! In our family-friendly restaurant you'll find plenty of delicious options – from hot meals to small snacks.
We kindly ask you to enjoy food and drinks only in the designated areas and not to take them into the play areas.
Consuming food brought from outside is not permitted. We kindly ask you to use our on-site restaurant.
Yes! Hire your own birthday box for your child's birthday party.
The birthday child always enters free of charge, and the hire of a box includes one accompanying adult as well as a children's menu for the birthday child.
You'll find all the information on the ticket page.
Our team loves families – including their own.
For that reason, our park remains closed on some important public holidays and the days before – such as Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. We wish our team happy moments with their loved ones and ask for your understanding.
Monday is also our rest day, unless it falls during Saxon school holidays or on a public holiday such as Easter Monday. In that case, the park is open for you – but be aware: it's best to book your ticket in advance, as tickets sell out quickly on such days and bridge days.
You'll always find the current closing days on the ticket page.
Yes! Many areas are designed especially for younger children.
The indoor park is fully accessible. Pushchairs can be left in the entrance area.
No. Dogs are not permitted in the indoor area of our park. The interior is typically loud and very busy, which can be a stressful and unpleasant environment for animals. For the wellbeing of animals and the safety of our guests, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Yes, a limited number of lockers are available on site. However, we cannot accept liability for valuables.
