Across 52 pitches in standard size (L 10 m × 7 m) and premium size (XL 12 m × 7 m), you can let your soul unwind and discover our unique region. Pitches 1 to 21 offer the perfect view. Please note that pitches 1 to 7 are limited to a maximum of 4.25 tonnes. You'll find more details on our map.

Pitch fee:
Standard pitch L up to 4.25 t, 7x10m:
Low season: €28 / day
High season: €35 / day
Note: paved pitch without lawn area

Premium pitch XL, 7x12m:

Dog: €4 / day
Utility credit: €2.50 per person/day (refunded or topped up based on actual consumption)
Electricity: €0.90 per kWh

How it works:
Simply enter your desired arrival and departure dates in our online enquiry form, and we'll show you all available pitches and the total cost of your stay. When you select a pitch, the utility credit is added automatically. You're billed based on actual consumption, and any remaining credit is refunded after departure.

In winter, the cross-country ski trails at the Oberbecken (upper reservoir), just 5 km away, are a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts.
Dogs are warmly welcome, too!
A fenced dog run with a small agility course offers exercise, fun and relaxation for humans and animals alike.
So your four-legged friends feel right at home on the pitch itself, every pitch is fitted with a practical hook for attaching the dog lead — for safety and comfort.

The easiest way to reach us is via the A72 motorway: take the Hartenstein exit and follow the S255 towards Aue. Follow the signs to the B101 and stay on it straight ahead all the way to Raschau-Markersbach. Just before the bypass bridge in Markersbach, turn right into Hammerstraße and then immediately into Oberbeckenstraße. Take the left-hand turn into Obermittweida and follow it until you spot the glow of our Schwibbogen.

Everyone is welcome!
Whether you arrive in a motorhome or a caravan — you'll find the right spot for your mobile home at our park. For caravans, a grey water collection tray is required.
Our system issues one invoice for the pitch fee and a separate one for electricity and water, because these are subject to different VAT rates. This keeps everything compliant — and still easy for you to follow.
At the moment, our entire system runs via online booking.
We need a few details to make sure your booking runs smoothly:
- Arrival and departure dates
- so we can plan your stay
- Type and length of your vehicle
- so our system can assign you the right pitch
- Personal details (name, address, contact)
- for automatic booking assignment and invoicing
- Number plate
- for automatic 24/7 entry and exit via licence plate recognition
- Fellow travellers including dates of birth
- required for system and legal reasons, but has no effect on the price with us
- Dogs or other pets
- a small surcharge of €4 applies (from the third dog onwards, all further dogs are free)
Our system is based on a large motorhome network, but we have deliberately opted for a fixed price per pitch per night — regardless of the number of guests or their age.
The sanitary facilities are just a few metres from the pitch.
Yes, absolutely!
Simply extend your stay through your existing booking by clicking "book again" and selecting the additional days. All key details are carried over automatically — and after just a few clicks you'll receive the new invoices for the pitch and utilities.
Right on site, inside the sanitary building, you'll find a convenient vending shop stocked with everyday essentials. For larger shopping trips, there are additional shops in the nearby village of Raschau. You're also welcome to enjoy our regional cuisine in the main building.
